Personal training is individual specialized training with a certified trainer. People work with trainers for many reasons ranging from injury recovery or health ailments, to fat loss and muscle gain. Sessions with a trainer are designed specifically with your fitness goals in mind. Sessions typically are no longer than an hour and scheduled around your availability.

Your trainer will have you do activities or exercises to develop muscular, cardiovascular fitness as well as flexibility. Depending on your goals, you may also do activities to develop coordination, balance, power or agility. Our trainers have a variety of skills to provide you with options so that your workouts stay fun and exciting!
Our trainers design workout programs around YOU, regardless of your level of fitness. Working one-on-one with a trainer is an excellent way to improve your fitness level and maximize your time and effort at the club.
