Mariner Square members have seemingly endless options for group exercise classes. With over 80 classes per week to choose from, there is something for everyone. Our large, spacious facility houses 3 aerobic studios as well as a cycling studio.
We offer classes for all fitness levels including classes that focus on cardio, mind/body, cycling, total body conditioning, sculpting and defining as well as gentle classes appropriate for seniors and pre/post natal mothers.

In addition to our free classes we also offer a variety of specialty programs to enhance your fitness experience and take you to the next level.
