Meet our Personal Trainers

- Kevin Deming – Fitness Director
- Education: ACE Certified Personal Trainer
- Experience: Certified Personal Trainer since 1998, working with a wide variety of clients with an equally wide variety of goals and circumstances. Client successes include fat loss and improved body composition, better quality of life through improved functionality, greater strength and muscle mass leading to a college basketball scholarship, and even a national champion powerlifter. Whatever potential one has, I can help reach it.
- Philosophy: Exercise should improve one’s life, not be one’s life or compromise quality of life. Through an efficient and effective exercise program centered on proper strength training, one can progress toward any fitness goal.

- Experience: As a person who has been faced with the challenge of losing a great deal of weight after having three children I feel that I am very understanding, non-judgmental and patient with my clients. I push my clients to do more than they think they can do in a way that is constructive and supportive.
My goal is to teach my clients how to incorporate fitness into their daily lives and show them that they don’t have to spend endless hours in the gym to become fit and healthy. I also love to teach people to become more in tune with their bodies as part of a plan to achieve improved strength, endurance and overall well being. - Contact:

- Experience: Personal trainer since 2002, with over 30 years of training in martial arts, modern dance and yoga .
- Philosophy: I favor a rounded, multi-disciplinary approach to training focusing on posture and alignment, good form and technique, and a strong active core. My goal is to educate people to a better understanding of their body. I bring an educated eye and an understanding of the process we all go through as we reach for a healthier lifestyle. I’ve been described as “gentle…but tough”. Two severe injuries in my youth put me on the path to fitness and I’ve stayed on it. I started with shaolin kungfu and yoga in the early 70’s, then 25 years of modern dance, and now continuing with tai chi and Pilates in the new millennium.

- Philosophy: My training philosophy is simple. I would just do whatever is necessary to get the job done. If you are dedicated enough to reach your goal and trust your trainer no goal is ever out of reach. From my personal experience, previously having a desk job and having sports injuries, using my fitness knowledge I was able to overcome hip, back and knee injuries. The reward of being in top shape and still being able to play competitive sports successfully cannot be measured. I would try to create the most effective and safe program for any individual fitness goals.
